The city in the California desert has facilities that would allow you to organize a grand slam tournament. There are 29 courts with a hard surface, including 23 lighted. The center has a capacity of 16,100 seats and is the second largest tennis arena after Arthur Ash's Stadium in Flushing Meadows, home of the US Open.

The New York Grand Slam is scheduled to play from August 31 to September 13. Its organizers let it be heard that they would like to organize the tournament with the spectators.

In the state of New York, the coronavirus has claimed more than 16,000 victims.
